Thanksgiving Treats

Cabbage, Apple, and Kohlrabi Slaw

Servings: 4
1 large kohlrabi
juice of ½ a lemon
¼ cup dill, chopped
½ clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon mayo or halal Greek yogurt
salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil
½ head Savoy cabbage, shredded
1 large Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced
1. Peel kohlrabi and cut into thin slices, like matchsticks.
2. Whisk together lemon juice, dill, garlic, mayo or Greek yogurt,
salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Whisk in the olive oil and toss with the kohlrabi, cabbage,
and apple.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
